Chris Vaccaro was recently asked to join the Hofstra University School of Communication Alumni Association Steering Committee, a position he gladly accepted in terms of bridging the gap between the current students of Long Island’s top university and the thousands of alumni who are making a difference in the working world.
Vaccaro is a Hofstra alum, former sports editor of the Hofstra Chronicle and Hofstra Pulse magazine, as well as an adjunct journalism professor at the university where he teaches JRNL 10, better known as journalism tools.
