#140 Conference Comes to Long Island

The #140 Conference came to Long Island this week. Focusing on social media and twitter strategy, over 40 guest speakers presented at Touro Law School in Central Islip.

Former Hofstra professor Mo Krochmal and Hofstra alum Jeff Pulver were behind this one.

Patch and Sachem had representatives there.

LI Photo Walk Heads to Meadow Croft

The Roosevelt name is synonymous with various part of Long Island and Sayville, a quaint town on the south shore, is no different.

John E. Roosevelt, the first cousin and legal advisory of President Theodore Roosevelt, owned a property in Sayville called Meadow Croft, where the estate he commissioned in 1891 still sits.

The Long Island Photo Walk group toured the home and property recently.
